I'm an experienced personal trainer dedicated to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. My wealth of knowledge comes from a broad exposure to endurance sports, resistance training, the martial arts and yoga.
I work with clients of all ages from 20 to 80 year olds with varying goals, needs and conditions. I’m also experienced in rehabilitation training programmes post shoulder injury, hip or knee replacements.
My training philosophy is to incorporate mobility and calisthenics into traditional strength & conditioning programs. To me, a healthy body is a balance between mobility, flexibility and strength.
I will encourage you to train appropriately for your needs and lifestyle, being mindful of longevity and building a sustainable approach to achieving your goals.
With a background in endurance sports, resistance training, martial arts and yoga, I’ll bring lots of variety into your training sessions. Ensuring you thoroughly enjoy your fitness journey.

I've been fortunate to have experienced many competitive sports first hand, and taught by some excellent coaches and trainers along the way. I've also been blessed to have trained with gifted yoga teachers who taught me the power of recovery, self healing and staying injury free.

As a competitive rower I'm always focussed on maintaining core strength. An essential and integral part of all my fitness programs.
I’m continuously learning from my own training schedule, knowledge that I’ll be passing on to you, helping you achieve the results you’re looking for.

Strength training for women is an area I specialise in. Women are not small men, we need to train differently to achieve our desired results. Through careful consideration of our nutrition, hormones, emotional health and life stage.

As an advanced Yoga teacher I will integrate healing practices, injury prevention and stress management into your programs where appropriate.

Where do I find my balance...in my single scull, early mornings rowing with nature and catching some quiet time. It’s a good reminder that exercise doesn’t always have to be challenging or purely focussed on physical gain.
